A Little bit more about each of us...

David Hickox

I am a determined Realtor who focuses on helping you attain your goals. Growing up in a military family, I know firsthand the challenges of relocating and what it's like to move around and make new roots in different communities. Finding the right home is key and that's my priority for you as a Buyer.

As far as Selling, I know how important it is to sell your home quickly and at top dollar and I know how to make that happen. Call me if your looking for someone focused on making that happen.

Outside of Real Estate, I'm an avid sports fan. During the fall, I intend to watch football when I'm not selling houses. I may listen to the game between showings because when you are my client, you come first and football is second. If you want to talk football or baseball, I'm that guy. I played baseball for years and it's my favorite game. Watching our new team, The Clingstones, has become a favorite pastime when I'm not working. If I have extra tickets, you will probably get an invite to join Evelyn and me at the game.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Columbus State University and a Certificate in Ministry Leadership from Highlands College, reflecting my commitment to service and leadership. I've also earned my Broker's license because I believe education empowers me to serve you better!

I find immense satisfaction in helping clients find the perfect home or commercial space, aligning with your financial and functional requirements and fulfilling your aesthetic aspirations. I also aid Commercial tenants through the process of lease negotiations. It's a joy watching your business thrive and knowing I was able to help you make it happen. When not assisting clients, I'm making a difference through organizations such as The Junior League of Columbus, the East Alabama Humane Society and serving on The Columbus Board of Realtors committees. I am an animal lover and my two dogs, CupCake and Aubs, make up my furry family! I enjoy working out, walking along the Riverwalk and listening to Audible and Podcasts. Every once in a while when time allows, you can find me curled up with a good book while David watches sports, although I admit that I do get very excited about live SEC football and Braves games!
